ABOUT

01 Ethos

Products at their best are intuitive by design. The outcome I work towards is a solution that feels like it was always there.

Adoption with purpose, without friction.

03 Experience

Founding Product Engineer

Zozy. 01.2026 – Present

  • Sole engineer building Zozy alongside a two-time exited founder. I built the product and engineering system across three product functions, from a rehoming service to home inventory to buying better, reaching production in under six months and shipping over 100 builds from version 0.0.9 to 2.1.0.

AI Tech Operations

Say Adios (Now Zozy). 07.2025 – 02.2026

  • Rebuilt Zozy’s item intake as an API-driven AI classification engine, cutting each cycle from 30 minutes to 5 and raising throughput 6x while reducing manual work to near zero. The operational data it structured across every business function became the basis for Zozy’s pivot from a service to a consumer app.

AI Solutions & Automation

Lumen Technologies. 05.2026 – 08.2026

  • Established the AI Enablement Operating System, consolidating all of Lumen’s inbound AI demand into one platform for routing, delivery, and impact measurement at a projected saving of ~7 hours per request. I then turned the ABX team’s backlog of one-off automation ideas into a repeatable five-stage playbook, projecting a 35–41% reduction in cycle effort. The work won the Strategic Impact Award in Lumen’s inaugural AI in Action competition.

AI Systems Consultant

Private K–12 school. 12.2024 – 05.2025

  • Built a private K–12 school a unified feedback intelligence system after diagnosing that the school had no visibility into parent sentiment, linking six survey instruments across ~150 students and ~300 stakeholders. Its real-time analytics combine results across surveys into composite scores and derive a parent retention-risk signal, giving the school early warning of families likely to leave.

Growth Strategy

72Fifty. 05.2025 – 08.2025

  • Ran a self-directed growth function, combining brand positioning, go-to-market execution, and a custom analytics layer to test and iterate in real time. Customer acquisition grew 33% over 90 days.

AI Training Data Annotator

Outlier. 08.2023 – 05.2025

  • Evaluated 500+ LLM outputs across reasoning, mathematics, creative writing, and dialogue, designing rubrics that raised response accuracy 25%. Comparing reasoning and standard models side by side, I learned to recognize the systematic failure modes of frontier LLMs, which now shape how I evaluate and build with them.
